Labenini wants customers to feel confident when ordering from us. We accept eligible returns for both defective and non-defective products under the conditions below.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 23 days of receiving the order.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted for both defective or damaged products and non-defective products.

Returned items should be in a condition suitable for return and should include relevant product and order information. Personalized products may be subject to verification to ensure the returned item corresponds to the order.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted. If you want a different product, you may return the eligible item and place a new order.

Return Label

If the return is required because of a Labenini mistake, we provide return-label information so the customer can download, print, and attach the label as instructed.

If the return is the customer's responsibility, the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipping and for downloading, printing, and attaching the appropriate return label.

Restocking Fee

Labenini charges a 0% restocking fee.

Refunds

After an eligible returned item has been received and approved, Labenini processes the refund within 3 business days. The time for the refund to appear can also depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.
