This Shipping Policy explains how Labenini processes and delivers orders placed through our online store.

Shipping Destination

Labenini currently ships to addresses within the Netherlands only. International shipping is not currently offered.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time is the period required to prepare and personalize your order before carrier handoff.

Transit Time & Total Delivery Time

Carrier transit time depends on the shipping service configured for the destination and is presented at checkout when available. Total delivery time is calculated as 1–2 business days processing + the applicable carrier transit time.

Because the current Shopify shipping-rate data does not expose a separate transit-time value, we do not state an invented number of transit days in this policy. Customers should use the checkout estimate for the most accurate delivery expectation.

Shipping Charges

The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment and is determined by the shipping rate configured for the eligible destination.

Labenini customer support is available from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM (GMT+2).

Delivery Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, operational disruptions, incorrect or incomplete addresses, and other events outside Labenini's reasonable control may affect delivery times.
